I'm new here, and new to Apple devices so I'm looking for a bit of advice.
My spoiled nephew was given an iPad Pro 2020 from his parents in May, used the three month Apple Music trial, and has since abandoned the device for an Android tablet. His parents know that money is tight for myself (health-related) and have offered me the iPad as they know that I have long desired one but have been unable to purchase one due to my personal circumstances.
As this is my first Apple device, I will need to create a new iCloud email address and Apple ID. Can anybody advise if I would be able to claim a free trail for Apple Music as the trial created and used by the previous owner will have already ended?
