So I tried registering my iphone 4s and when I click on "register and add products" it automatically signs me out. What's the deal?

Even worse, try changing your Apple password. You can't because Apple locked it out unless you answer your security questions and Apple wiped out the security question I created before their most recent hacking. Apple can't do software well.
