Macrumors: "The expected update to the MacBook Pro has reportedly been slightly delayed due to the necessity to complete work on the MacBook Air."

This is twice in the last six months I've gone without because Apple don't seem to have enough staff.

First they put off the launch of Leopard so more people could work on the iPhone and now the MacBook Pro has been put off for the MacBook Air.

Come one Apple! It's not like you don't have record profits!

Just because they have money doesn't mean there are people out there competent enough to do the job. I think they're having a few growing pains though.

Well, if you believe some other rumors that have been floating around, Apple is expanding so fast that they're having a hard time finding qualified workers to fill the open slots.

Maybe with the economy tanking there will soon be plenty of qualified folks to choose from.
