Apple New Lawsuit with visual voicemail

thats quite a patent to hold!? I can't see how a court would rule that they hold the rights exclusively to this! I mean Skype has been doing it longer than Apple and only now the lawsuit comes....

Obviously the way to become rich in life is to patent everything then sue the ass off people when they infringe on your patent/copyright when all they are trying to do is produce new an innovative products!

I hope Apple Legal chew these guys up and spit them out
 
"We have litigated this patent successfully on two prior occasions," Greg Dovel of Dovel & Luner, counsel for Klausner Technologies, said in a statement. "With the signing of each new licensee, we continue to receive further confirmation of the strength of our visual voice mail patents."
