Apple News app stuck on preparing your news on iOS 16 beta 2

On my Apple warptch 7, after updated to os 16 beta 2, Apple News app do not work as it should be. The appbsrptartedcbut stuck at preparing your news. I am in Bangkok, Thailand. Apple News app is the only app that does not work. I have filled bug report to apple. it used to work fine on os 15.6
 
Still persist in 9 beta 3. I have filed BR to apple have hope it will be fixed
