Apple News appears to be running into problems this morning, with social media chatter indicating the service is down for many users.

Apple's System Status page isn't reporting issues with its News service, but launching the iOS app and tapping the Today tab is throwing up a "Feed Unavailable" message for many users. However, other sections of the app do appear to be functioning.

MacRumors was able to replicate the behavior on iPhone and iPad, but the service appears to be working when accessed through the macOS app, at least in the United Kingdom.

According to Downdetector, the problem is mainly being reported by users in the United States and the United Kingdom. We'll update this article when the situation changes.

Update: Apple News appears to have shaken off its network issues and resumed normal service later in the day.

It’s funny. Right before this article was posted I had opened up a link about the USNS Comfort in Apple News. Had zero issues and I rarely ever use that app.

It was playing up last night (11pm Uk time Thusrday). Framework was visible but no content. Eventually loaded.
Seems ok today.

It is working for me.

Mirroring my iPhone 11 Pro Max on my TV is good (mostly) and viewing magazines on my TV is better larger. It would be better if mirroring filled the entire screen.

Only viewing pictures and websites can fill the entire screen when I rotate the iPhone.

Wonder if this is related to the News app reappearing on the front page of my home screen? Happened twice today even though I keep moving it back.
Also has the clock randomly change from 24 to 12hr and weather app switch from C to F!

Apple News is total failure anyway. It is nearly useless. They keep the same stories front and center for days and even weeks on end. Don't those morons realize that it is only News (that is, new information) for a brief moment in time, perhaps a few hours. And they push all kinds of stupid fluff stories int it. That fluff is human interest garbage, entertainment crap, etc. It isn't news! Put that on E! and put news stories in Apple News. And I’m quite tired of stories that are important but blocked because I don't have the Apple+ subscription. Totally separate those two Apple!

LOL... Apple "what" oh, "News"? Zzzzz That product is worthless.

It will if you select your preferences. It takes a little upfront work, but once you start using it after you set your preferences, it's great. I really don't see why people complain about it so much.
Either you replied to the wrong person, or there’s a tvOS News app and I’m blind.
