How successful are the Apple next day in store pickups?
I want an AT&T 64GB in Black.

If I order tonight after 10PM is it guaranteed I will be able to pick up at the Apple store tomorrow?

If you get the order through in time you will probably get it.

Last night had some really slim pickings for my area, hopefully tonight is a little better.

yes, if you actually are able to order it. They sell out within about 2 minutes though, so you need to be fast. I don't think anyone who has been able to order has gotten to the apple store and been told the reserve was not there.
