where can I download new version for MacBook Pro 13' mind 2010?

I'll just add that anyone that did provide you with a link to the legitimate version would not only be violating the board rules here (like the poster earlier who has been reported), but also would be in violation of Apple's NDA, or at least would have gotten it from someone who was. A leak of this nature could cost an employee their job or even a service center their license. Requesting it on a public board like this is a very bad idea.
