Apple notes duplications

Hi.

My notes duplicate each time I write something in it.

I have at least 5 duplicates of each note. From one note I have even eight duplicates.

The thing is I've disconnected iCloud but this seems to have no effect.

Is there some sollution on this. I have OSX 10.9.2

I'm having the same issue but on my iPad. It keeps duping edited notes instead of just saving over them.
