iPad Apple Notes' use of Table feature in ipados 18 beta 3 or higher

I am seeking an app (or just the actual Notes code to use) that can help me create and edit in  Notes a table of parameters to be used to set or change column width to specific values . This is needed to set up neat readable user instructions with output messages of various horizontal widths.

create a table in Pages. copy and paste it into Notes. Adjust column width.

That screenshot is from iPadOS, but it’s the same on iOS. Works for sure in iOS/iPadOS 17 too.

It’s a shame though that Notes does not allow you to make a column narrower.
