Apple offers Spotlight, Automator, and Dashboard downloads

Apple now has links posted on their download site for Automator Actions, Dashboard Widgets, and Spotlight plugins... Is this suggesting a near release?

I noticed that yesterday. The links are dead but it does seem like Tiger could be announced soon. (< 90 days anyways)
