Apple OLED v Samsung OLED

I have always love the screens on the samsung phones, how does this new oled on iphoneX compare to the samsung screens/? The difference is basically colors right? What is exactly the difference between Retina and the OLED?

it's a samsung OLED screen. lower PPI count than i've seen on any samsung device. but only time will tell if that is noticable.

we will have to wait for displaymate to compare it.
