Apple One Apple One Premier

I live in Ireland so don’t have access to Apple One Premier.

Does anyone know if Apple have any plans to extend the premier offering to other countries?

Currently I don’t subscribe to Apple Music but I would make the move from Spotify if Apple One Premier became available to us here in Ireland.

It is normally possible to subscribe to foreign newspapers.
Is it possible to have a US-subscription to Apple One Premier when I live outside US?
