Apple Online. Can You Buy a Make In Small Payments?

So I am a student on a low paying job and I want an iMac.
The thing is im tired of waiting and was wondering
if I could just pay smaller payments a month until I payed it off.
So I wouldnt loose all my cash at once and it would be much easier to enjoy my summer with some money.

I went to apple store online and went through all the buying steps until the point where you place your order and verify your address and all that but I did not see sort of option to divide the total payment into little payments such as what you can do at Best Buy and Future Shop.

any idea or can simply not do that?

As far as I know you can't do that at Best Buy either, unless you mean through Best Buys credit card.

Why don't you just, well, "pretend" you bought the iMac, and start putting the money you "would" have paid, until you paid it off, then go and buy the iMac outright?

Save your money and buy it outright. Payment plans seem like a great idea at first, but they're just a pain.

In direct answer to the original question, no, you cannot do that (multiple payments) through the Apple Store online.
