I have been trying since 8am to reach a customer service rep for Apple's online store because I have an important question regarding my preorder, and I have tried calling at least 50 times and every time I get the same message "Due to high call volume, we are unable to answer your call at this time"..and then it just hangs up. No option to wait, nothing. It just hangs up. This is very disappointing. Im sure there are many others that need to get in touch with Apple for order inquiries and not even giving us the option to be placed on hold is extremely annoying. I don't care if my wait time is 4 hours, just put me in line!! Would have expected more from Apple.
