Hello!

On Nov 30th I ordered an iPhone 6, it has been shipped 2 days ago and I will probably receive it on Wednesday. My question is: which will be the first day of warranty? The day of shipping or the day of delivery?

If I'm not opening it until Christmas, can I ask AppleCare to start the warranty on Dec 25th?

Thank you :D

An Online specialist just told me that "That starts from the day of shipping."

I use ship to store. The warranty starts the day I pick it up.

+1

But yes shipping anywhere else your warranty starts the day it ships. It used to be when you activated but that stopped when 3rd party resellers popped up

I guess the warranty starts from the day you use it; Not from the shipping day or the arriving day.
