Okay, so I took the plunge and went for the 128GB LTE Air with a Smart Cover.

I opted to relieve the order as a single package. This would obviously be better as someone needs to be home for delivery.

My order has despatched (standard delivery), but the estimated delivery is November 25th!

It says this: Please Note: Your items dispatched from different locations and will be merged together before delivery. Once merged, your Order Status will be updated with carrier and tracking information (at latest 48 business hours before your estimated delivery date).

Any experience with this? Did opting for a single delivery date cause this delay?

The delivery date will match whatever the delivery date for the slowest package would have been.

It would make no difference if you split the packages up - the mini would come on the 25th but you'd have already received your Smart Cover (how fun).
