Apple Pay addresses - where to edit?

Where do I edit (or delete) the addresses that come up for Apple Pay on the desktop, and change which one is the default? The ones it's offering aren't the same ones that are in the Apple Pay settings on my phone (they may have once synced from there, but it doesn't have recent changes).
