Apple Pay Cash showing in iMessage (UK)

Anybody in the UK or outside the US seeing Apple Cash showing in iMessage?

This shouldn’t be available as it’s US only.

There isn’t a way to get rid of it or Activate it so it’s clearly a bug. I have a strange issue with Apple Pay and I’m wandering if this is part of the issue?!
