Apple Pay/Digital Touch Icons Cut Off

Anyone notice this in iMessage on the Apple Watch after watchOS 5? I have a series 1 for the record. When I open a message on my watch, the icons appear fine.

But if I scroll up (like if it shows the message with the apple pay icon off screen and I scroll to get to the apple pay icon), the bottom jumps and is cut off.

I figured out that this only occurs when the replies under the buttons are off so I left them on just to work around it.
