Apple Pay down?

Has Apple Pay been down for anyone else? Last couple days trying to use Apple Pay on the Web with iMac results in errors. It asks me to double click on iPhone Max with Face ID but I only get a "Try Again" notice. Don't know if it's Face ID or what but I was wondering if anyone else is seeing this problem lately.
Face ID works fine otherwise.
