Apple Pay error after using

I bought my AW series 6 40mm last week and so far I’m enjoying it! However I have an issue where once I use the double tap Apple wallet on my phone I can’t seem to again. I get a black screen with ‘hold near reader’ at the top but no cards etc. Only way to fix it is to turn the AW on and off. Anyone encounter this?

Have you tried to remove the card and add back in the wallet?

I’ll try but it happens with most of the cards in my wallet. I was wondering whether it may be a store reward card causing the error!
