Apple pay multiple users cards

I've searched and can't find anything on this.

Is it possible to activate a card(s) from someone else. Like say putting my card on my wife's phone and hers on mine? Just wondering if anyone tried this or I missed something somewhere.

Same billing address and both names on both accounts.

My wife and I banking apps are duplicated across 3 devices as long as you signed into the app you should be able to add the card to Pay

My wife has an HSA card with her name on it that I successfully added and used at Walgreens on my phone. The card is labeled as debit but I select credit and never use a pin.

This is where the ease of Apple Pay comes in. One less card to carry daily that isn't used all the time.

It's why I'd love to add my kids cards to mine, except there isn't a way to label multiple cards from the same bank. Right now I carry them just in case they want to shop, or I just use mine and transfer money around.

Someday I have hope I can lighten it more.
