Apple Pay notification goes nowhere?

On my old MacBook Pro and Mojave, whenever I get a Apple Pay/Wallet notification for my credit card, if I click the notification, it take me to wallet and show me all the recent transaction. On my new MacBook Pro, if I click the notification, the OS says no application associated with PASSBOOK links could be found.

Is there a fix for this?
