I've been having this issue for a while on my MacBook Air M2 where I go to check out at a website that offers Apple Pay. I click the button and the review box that pops up at that point takes forever to get to the "scan your fingerprint" part. Then the scan itself almost never works because it's essentially frozen. Just the time between clicking a drop-down menu and the menu actually popping up can be 10 seconds.
I'm on Tahoe right now but this has been an issue for as long as I can remember. Nothing else is slow at all on the Mac, including other stuff on Safari. I was hoping Tahoe would fix it but it hasn't.
Any ideas?
