Nope, TD Bank doesn't support Apple Pay. Not on the list of current banks or upcoming ones.

Meaning they kept me on hold for 30 minutes, asked a manager and still had no idea what Apple Pay even was or if TD bank had any plans to use it. In the end they said call Apple. Don't these people know what is going on? I might as well have asked them if they could translate my statement into Swahili.

A "bank" may support Apple Pay, but a card issues from any of those bank might not. Kinda funny (or kinda fraudulent...)

Confirmed from TD Bank -- Apple Pay is coming

Just got this from TD Bank today:

"We're pleased to let you know that TD has entered into an agreement with Apple to ensure Customers will be able to enjoy this new technology [Apple Pay] ASAP! Please stay tuned for any updates and enjoy your day."​

But why do they make you call in to verify your card? That's so annoying. Just send a text or email (like AMEX).
