I have 2 pulled PCIe SSD from a laptop I upgraded the memory on and would now like to use the pulled 128GB memory in a external enclosure for backups and basic needs. I'd prefer to find an adaptor converting the Apple PCIe to standard PCIe rather than OWC $55 enclosure.

I like to use this memory for as cheap as possible since it wouldn't be used super often.

TIA
Scott

I have a similar situation, a Samsung SSD pulled from a 2017 MacBook Air. It's listed on Memory4Less as:
MZ-JPV512R/0A2 Samsung 512GB MLC PCI Express 3.0 x4 M.2 2280 Internal Solid State Drive (SSD) for MacBook (Selected Models)
A detailed discussion with someone at OWC concluded that neither their Envoy Pro or Envoy Express enclosures would be compatible.
Can anyone suggest other enclosures for this drive? Would really like Thunderbolt 3, but whatever works.
