I have several iPads. Three mini pads and two normal size ones. My Apple Pencil will connect to one mini pad and to the two normal size iPad. What am I doing wrong for Apple Pencil, not to be connecting to the two mini iPads? These two mini iPads do not show up on the Bluetooth connection, in Settings. Your suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you.

Which generations do your other iPad Minis belong to? Not every iPad Mini has Apple Pencil support!
Hello,
Thank you for responding. Both mini iPads are 5th generation. (The Apple pencil that I’m wanting to use came with my iPad Pro).

So, is there any feedback to the question that I’ve provided more info to? Thank you. -Ella

According to Apple's pencil compatibility guide, the only Apple Pencil compatible with a 5th generation iPad mini is the original (1st generation) Apple Pencil - and that pencil isn't compatible with current iPad Pro models.

Without knowing which iPad Pro you have and which Apple Pencil you have, I'd guess that your pencil isn't compatible with the Minis.
