I took my iPad pro 2nd generation in to have to charging port replaced. When the iPad was returned the Apple Pencil has been working intermittently. I confirmed this is not an issue with the Apple Pencil because it works on another device. I’ve tried all of the general troubleshooting steps.
Could the issue have been caused by the repair facility? I don’t want to blame them if it’s not their issue.
