I received an email that I can schedule a video conference with an apple rep. Has anyone does this? Is it worth it?

I know it is free. So if you think it is worth you free time do it. But Apple Watch is not Rocket Science. Against many news articles, that there is a huge learning curve, my experience is opposite. It is quite a clear and easy interface. I like the watch but not sure if is useful enough worth $700 I spent.

I feel the same way. I got the sport but I still feel like it's missing something. Not as much as a wow factor as I thought it would be. It definitely feels like a first generation product.

I'm hoping software updates and less clunky apps will improve the experience
