The first thumbnail Photo shows is a screen shot of the photo edit screen with the cropping option chosen. The arrows point to the new options. The other photos show what can be done to the photos using these options.
I’m sorry if I am posting something that other people have already posted, but a search of the threads on the IOS 13 forum did not find any posts mentioning this feature. Since this feature is not present on my iPhone I believe that this is something new on iPad OS 13 that should be noted.
