Apple planning to restrict videos in venues

It does make sense. With iCloud being free, and MobileMe coming to a close, it's crucial for Apple to create a new source of revenue. Apparently there will be pay for play areas where for a fee Apple will allow you to record video. I wouldn't mind paying to help Apple maintain its margins. My Apple stock is lackluster of late. With the huge customer base paying for usage, this will prove very profitable.
 
So you could bypass this by jailbreaking or similarly not updating the firmware?
