Apple plans to release an Apple Watch with built-in LTE this year

Well folks according Bloomberg Tech news it looks like Apple will release an apple watch with LTE in September alongside the iphone 8 or most likely near the end of 2017. Since I am a tech junkie I look forward to have one in my possession and hopefully its a start of a new beginning. But now many questions linger specifically on the battery life, size of watch, maybe a new design and price. Knowing Apple they might just jack up the price if you are buying outright without a plan to $699.00 or more (hope not) if that is the case then I have no need for it. Samsung Gear S3 LTE without a plan is $349.00 at ATT, hopefully Apple will follow along side Samsung (NOT).
