Apple, please allow download via Cellular

Apple I would buy even more content if you allowed download by cellular.
AMAZon,hulu,netflix allows me to stream/download via cellular but Apple does not allow me
to download movies that I've already purchased and download them with
my cell connection.
I'm buying more movies/content through Amazon because sometimes I do not have a
wifi connection, how about you change this for the new year?
