CarPlay Apple Podcasts & CarPlay -- where are chapters?

I saw someone ask this on reddit and couldn't find the answer either. I tried what that guy tried and it was using ATP as the podcast, on Apple's podcast app -- on the phone, I can see all of the chapters and move between them. On CarPlay I get no UX for chapters at all. The support docs mention it, but yet it doesn't appear.

What could be the cause?
 
No podcast listeners? Am I the only one looking for chapters using Apple Podcasts and CarPlay?
