I have this and I'm curious if anyone is looking for one.

It does not have the battery or power cord.

I will take out the hard drive and return it to my friend.

Anyone interetsed?

I can post pics if need be.

It is in good shape for being 15 years old.

What's it worth?

A powerbook 520 might be worth something like $10... I have one...

They aren't worth much. Ironically this could be due to being a successful model thus they were common by Apple standards.

I have one too, and just dug out a truncated power plug for it without the adapter. Apparently an adapter in the 16 V range can be hotwired to two of the four wires; orange and or red positive and black to ground. Ignore the blue wire, it was for the intelligent battery function.

Some one put a regular two contact plug in their 5XX that works too.
