Apple is probably being smart in detecting how many users are reloading the page right now before opening up the store (by making sure they spin up enough servers to cover all the buyers who would be angry about not being able to order due to slowness or site crashing).

the site is goosed. We are sitting with a basket with 2 phones (want only 1) and it won't go any further.

Mine went thru - total time was 3 minutes.

However delivery changed from 10/23 at the 5am start to 11/3 by the time of checkout.

3 minutes changed delivery by a week + really ???
