Umm, the 19th your guaranteed it and I would still have my doubts. All the ones that people thought were going to be delivered tomorrow are being held up at UPS.
There is no way you will get it on the 17th because the flight takes 20 hours from China. However, you probably meant 19th and it is highly likely that it will be delivered on the 19th as Apple states on their webpage if you order now. Based on the 20 hour flight time, I imagine ordering now would be about the near the end of the timeframe for 19th delivery.
