Apple Pro Display XDR Settings for Netflix HDR Viewing

I have found HDTV Video (BT.709-BT.1886) to work well for Netflix HDR viewing when using Safari under macOS Catalina 10.15.5

The other Preset mode of HDR Video (P3-ST 2084) is good for Netflix HDR but too bright for everything else.

What have you guys been using for Netflix HDR10 viewing?
If there a table listing the nits (brightness) under each of the Apple Pro Display XDR Presets?
