Did the iPod put the headphones on the kids head?
Did the headphones miraculously plug themselves into his ears?
It is NOT Apples fault, it is not the iPod's fault!!!
I am sorry that a young man has died but it was his own decision to wear the headphones and listen to his iPod. When one makes that decision then they must still remain aware and conscious of their respective environment. You are responsible for your actions and the consequences of those actions.
God....lets hope the lawsuit fanatics don't hear about this one!!!
