apple profit decline in its fourth quarter ... why is it so?

apple sold about 34 million compare to last year 27 million . ipad sales increase mac sales was decline but why profit was decline? maybe or just maybe people prefer a bigger phone ... in asia people prefer a bigger phone .. i hope with the profit in decline apple will wake up... a sign of wake up call for apple :D
