Apple progress bar?

Apple progress bar is not moving. I've tried to restore and update but the progress bar is not moving. Any idea how to fix it?

EDIT: Tried different usb ports still the progress bar is not moving. Phone won't turn on when it is not plug to my computer

Have you tried a DFU-restore?
