Apple promotions questions

Hey, I just have a few questions about the promotions going on with apple right now. First, can I combine 2 of the promotions, like getting a free printer AND a free ipod touch? Second, do both of those apply to refurbished computers as well as new?

I dont believe it applies to refurbs, but i may be wrong. And yeah, you can combine the two offers (Printer and iPod touch). Keep in mind you actually have to pay for the items up front, and then you send in a rebate to get the money back.
