Just saw my first ProRes file playing in FCP 6.0.1.
They seem to be having probs with the audio sync (-19 sec.).
When you watch the ProRes clip in QT its fine.
The file is a 2hr55min clip. To test my theory, I grabbed 30sec and put it ina new QT file. I then Exported to None. brought it into FCP using the same project format as ProRes and I can tell the clip is synced fine.
Anyone else experience this problem?

Your audio rate is wrong (I think). try to set it faster in your timeline. When you only play it for a short time, it's out sync but you can't hear it. But it will make itself worse when you play it longer longer it plays. (e.g per minute 0.1 seconds to late, the first minute you can't even hear it, but 50 minutes later it will be 5 seconds out of sync). So I think you should change that. But I could be wrong, so just try it.

Ill suggest that to the editor. I just find it weird that in QT Player the file plays fine anywhere in the timecode but in FCP no. When you mean AudioRate do you mean 48khz to 44khz?
