Apple Puck Mouse with Windows -> ctrl-right click possible?

Hello. I am wondering if I can enable ctrl-click on my Dell Laptop with Windows 7. I use the Apple Puck Mouse with it because it works on my desk without a mousepad, my Mighty Mouse doesn't.
