I'm looking to revive my QuickTake 200 and was wondering if anyone knew of a solution for connecting it to USB? I should also say... I am also looking for a QuickTake cable... can't seem to find mine.

Any ideas?

Thanks :)

USB to serial adapters do exist, take a read of this:

...but I doubt you'll be able to find modern software to pull the pictures off the camera.

Perhaps go searching for a first generation "Kanga" or "Wallstreet" PowerBook G3 (the series with the colourful Apple logo, not white), and hook it up to your modern machine via Ethernet.

It would probably set you back the same amount of $$$ as an adapter would.

Didn't even consider the software part! Maybe I go with play B put it on display as a conversation starter.. although If I can conjure up a serial to USB and camera cable then I'd love to give it a try. I'll keep my eye out for an older Mac... :( recently parted with a 7300 and 6500... boo!
