For a MBP:
512: $75
1GB: $175
2GB: $350

For a MB:
1GB: $150
2GB: $350

I didn't check any others, but I assume they have dropped as well. :D

MB prices are the same, the 1 GB is 2x512MB. They are the same type of RAM so same price.

I don't follow. My gf has been wanting to upgrade her MB to 1GB for a while now. The prices were $180 with a student discount, then it was $200 because they took the discount away, and now it's $150.

They have dropped.

Right they have. Sorry I wasn't clear. The price for MB and MBP RAM is the same. The 1GB for MB is less becasue it is 2x512, the same if you got 2x512 for the MBP.

So now Apple's RAM prices are just gouging instead of highway robbery.

Buy from OWC or DMS...great RAM from great companies. And cheaper.

Still around $24k for 32GB of XServe RAM

Around $1.5k for a 4GB Dimm pair and $6k for a 8GB DIMM pair

All brands of iMac/MB/MBP RAM prices have dropped. The 1GB stick of G.SKILL RAM on Newegg is down to about $100 shipped now.
