WWDC 2024 will kick off with Apple's keynote on June 10 at 10 a.m. Pacific Time, and the page where the presentation will be live streamed is now available on YouTube. On the page, you can set a reminder to be notified before the keynote begins.

Apple will announce major new software updates during the keynote, such as iOS 18, macOS 15, and visionOS 2, but no new hardware is expected.

The keynote will also be streamed on Apple's website, in the Apple TV app, and in the Apple Developer app. On-demand playback will be available afterwards.

Apple recently shared the full schedule for WWDC 2024, which will also include the Platforms State of the Union and Apple Design Awards for developers as usual. For the first time, WWDC coding sessions will be shared on YouTube.

For a second I thought the website was down to prep for some hardware releases. I'm traumatized from a past experience where I needed to by some accessory like a cable or something on a product launch day! 🤦🏽‍♂️😩😅

I'm hearing no new hardware. Bummer.
Just saw some other headlines about Apple skipping hardware at WWDC this year. When has the software conference ever had hardware? Am I just forgetting something?

Edit: I guess they do sometimes.
To be clear, the idea that Apple would hold a WWDC with no hardware is not in itself a massive surprise; of the past 10 WWDCs, precisely half have focused on software only.

So John Gruber’s Talk Show live from WWDC is $60 to attend? Didn’t know it cost him that much to put it on.

Let's hope someone doesn't mistype a single number (like 10 core instead of 9) on a slide or MacRumors will erupt over deliberate misleading Apple again. :)

There are posters writing their Notepad entries already "Worst WWDC Ever", "Innovate? Nah", "Apple dissAIpoints", "Nothing of interest here, move along", "Tim must go" just to cut and paste moments after the event.

No doubt a day or two later commonsense will prevail as more detailed analysis reviews the keynotes...

Someone gets got every time!
