Hi i purchased a Macbook pro about 2 months ago and got a rebate for buying a HP printer with it. The Laptop is awesome but the problem is on my rebate cheque they spelt my surname wrong.

I am sorry if i have posted in the wrong thread but i really don't know who to contact to get this fixed. I am in New Zealand btw. Any help or advice would be appreciated. Thanks

Contact your bank. It probably depends on how badly they spelt your name.

eg. If they spelt 'Haditoff' instead of 'Haditov', they might let it slide but if they spelt it 'Copitov' instead then you have no chance and you have no choice but to contact Apple.

Like the message above states, call your bank, or call Apple. Really not too difficult here. You have a 50/50 shot at calling the right person.
