I have a iPhone 6 nothing major just a mystery bought a apple card in local store for the value of £15 I entered the code from the card with using phone camera as the choice the code was accepted okay. Now on the phone it don't show the total amount. But going into my account within iTunes it shows up the amount plus the £15 that I redeemed.
My granddaughter had a similar issue with her topping up system.
Can anyone Please explain why the total amount show up on the phone as per iTunes
